In addition to being primarily a wedding photographer and videographer, I also do event coverage. I mean, when you think about it, a wedding is just a larger event, right? But they're all fun, and I love capturing memories, no matter if the event is large or small.
This event is the epitome of don't let the rain try and stop your day. I was initially worried that Chrislia's 30th Birthday Brunch was going to be rained out, especially since the forecast called for heavy downpours pretty much the entire time that her event was scheduled. But shortly after the preparations were done, and after a brief delay, her event went without a hitch. The decor and vibe was perfect for her day.
Her birthday brunch was filled with the best kind of energy! Her friends and family showed up and showed out for her despite the rain and it was so much fun to capture every moment of it. The rain let up, and then the sun came out in full force and the whole day just seemed perfect. After a while, you couldn't even tell that there had been a torrential downpour just a few hours before.
A great design team, great weather, food and drinks, and friends and family there for support and celebration...what's not to love? There was so much to get excited about, and I'm thrilled to share just a few of my favorite moments from the day on the blog.
